Rapid Mobilization made Possible with Critical Equipment & Training
The systematic growth of ACT’s operations was made possible with timely acquisition of a wide spectrum of technical knowledge and modern machinery. Geared with well-maintained machinery and equipment to minimize mobilization time, ACT carries the full range of equipment and tools necessary for carrying out scope of work, thereby achieving necessary preparation and application to pricise standards.
Example of equipment used for routine field tests are: adhesion tester- wet & dry, dry film thickness gauges, blast surface profile gauge, hygrometer for humidity reading, steel temperature gauges, spark detector for pin hole testing and chemical analysis.
Rapid mobilization is accomplished with containers fully loaded with blasting & coating equipment and deployed on the site ready for operations within a very short time. ACT’s expertise includes abrasive blasting, UHPW jetting and coating including specialized glass flake lining, fireproofing, concrete protection, and epoxy flooring.
A wide range of heavy equipment, transportation, and on-site cabins further support our resources in order to execute and operate projects of any size. Our reporting system keeps clients and consultants fully informed and in constant contact with the site activities by maintaining strict site supervision, with daily technical reports and meetings.
ACT endeavors to further improve the quality of the products and services to its clients. As such, it has gained ISO 9001- 2000 certification back in 2006 and updated this with 2008 version. We are in the final stages of acquiring ISO – 14000, HSE certification. The organization strictly adheres to international standards in its operational activities and safety standards.
